EAI; Enterprise Application Integration is an essential technology for system integration. It is a technical area that overlaps with ETL; Extract/Transform/Load. It extracts data from various data sources such as databases, flat files and MQ. It transforms data to a specified format and writes it to various targets.

There are many packaged software products that implement EAI. You do not need to develop the parts that connect with other systems because the products cover them. 警視庁人事1課監察係の巡査部長（29、府中市白糸台）が東京都府中市の路上で女性からバッグをひったくったとして窃盗容疑で逮捕された。巡査部長は容疑を認めているという。ひったくりは強盗にならないのか。警察官が容疑者だと甘くなりがちではないか。

逮捕容疑は2020年2月4日午後10時50分頃、自宅近くの路上で、歩いていた70代の自営業の女性を自転車で追い抜きざま、女性が左手に持っていた現金4万円などが入ったバッグをひったくったとしている（「警視庁巡査部長を逮捕 自転車で女性のバッグひったくった疑い」毎日新聞2020年3月19日）。勤務を終えていったん帰宅した後だったという。

巡査部長は2017年4月に人事1課監察係に配属され、職員の不祥事に関する手続きなどを担当していた（「警察官を逮捕、70代女性からひったくり容疑　警視庁」朝日新聞2020年3月19日）。警察不祥事を担当する警察官が警察不祥事を起こした。警察組織の自浄能力のなさを指名している。情報公開と外部監察が必要である。

近時の警察不祥事では警察官が職務を騙って犯罪を行う警察犯罪が目に付く。埼玉県警草加署巡査（22）は死体検案名目で遺族から現金82万円をだまし取った。埼玉県警川越署巡査（25）は遺族に遺体の防腐処置費用として現金50万円をだまし取ろうとした。ひったくりは、より粗暴な警察不祥事のパターンである。

警察不祥事は人間のすることではない。警察不祥事は無神経の極みである。依願退職で人生リセットは許されない。花見自粛要請の中でも、外出自粛中でも警察不祥事は追及する価値がある。

立正佼成会附属佼成病院（杉並区和田、杏林学園教育関連施設）の最初の新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19; coronavirus disease 2019）感染者の感染経路が謎である。渡航歴や感染者との接触歴はない（「東京の８０代男性死亡…海外渡航や感染者との接触なし」読売新聞2020年2月26日）。クルーズ船「ダイヤモンド・プリンセス」にも乗船していない（「死因は肺炎、クルーズ船乗船せず」共同通信2020年2月26日）。

孤発例になるのだろうか。「孤発例の周辺には必ずその感染源となった見えないクラスターがあるはず」（押谷仁「COVID-19への対策の概念」2020年3月29日暫定版、33頁）。

佼成病院の新型コロナウイルスは報道の扱いが小さく、具体的な情報が出ない点が不審である。感染経路が不明のため、情報を出さないことにしたのかもしれない。しかし、不明ならば尚更判明している動線を明らかにする必要がある。それによって各人が各人の判断で自衛できる。現状では自衛可能な人も自衛できない。

Twitterでは患者がどこの区の住民であるなどの指摘がされている。深刻な事態と分かっていたから情報が出ないのではないか。佼成病院では4人が新型コロナウイルスに感染した。5人以上の感染者を出すとクラスターとされる。あまりに情報が出ないと4人でとどまらせたという作為性まで感じてしまう。
